After thirteen moves (including twelve different states, Germany and most recently New York City), I was ready to leave the urban jungle behind in favor of the island life. And I’m so glad I did!</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:85%;">I got my start in the travel industry at a very young age – my family has owned and managed a fly-fishing resort in Southwestern Montana for 30 years and I grew up learning customer service and hospitality first-hand. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:85%;">Between summers in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and relocating from state to state, I explored various cultures and discovered a craving to experience more. I am fortunate to have traveled to many destinations around the globe and am now here to share all that knowledge with you! </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:85%;">Some of my favorite places are: Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, Mexico, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Costa Rica, Galapagos, and recently added to the list is the culturally rich island of Taiwan. I have a particular fondness for small-ship cruises, thanks to my recent experience working for Lindblad Expeditions. I also spent a couple seasons in Denali National Park, working at a resort called McKinley Village and exploring the vast wilderness of Alaska. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:85%;">I feel privileged to be living full-time in Hawaii and have enjoyed traveling throughout the islands. Although each of the islands is unique, Lanai holds a special place in my heart as I recently got engaged there!
